Vegetarischer Ernährungsplan

  • Hallo liebe Forum User!


    Mich würde mal intressieren ob auch vegetarier unter uns sind?!

    Da ein guter Freund von mir total auf Fleisch verzichten möchte und aber dennoch nicht nur kohlenhydrate essen will/soll da er auch unterstützt und sonst sehr viel wasser im Körper/Gesicht hat wollte ich mal fragen ob irgendjemand Tipps hat Bzw vl einen ganzen ernährungsplan posten könnte so wie ich meinen Plan auch geteilt habe...

  • komisch iwie kann ich den plan den ich gefunden habe online hier nicht richtig posten man sieht die lebensmittel nicht...


    der jenige für den der plan ist ist 53 jahre alt... er ist derzeit eher dicklich trainiert... er wiegt auf ca. 1m80 98kg... also er ist wirklich etwas fett...


    er unterstützt auch...! denkt ihr das diese 2320kcal und 174 protein täglich nicht zu wenig sind? oder denkt ihr das er durch das schon gut so wäre da er ja eh abnehmen möchte...

    Also vegetarisch ist es simpel auf sein Eiweiß zu kommen.

    174 Protein bei 2,3k Kalorien und dem Alter ist mehr als genug.


    Protein hat nix damit zu tun ob du abnehmen oder zunehmen willst. Die variablen Makros sind Kohlenhydrate und Fett.

  • ich bin vegetarier :P

    viel eier viele nüsse, bohnen, viele haferflocken/fleks und ich liebe shakes (mit wasser)

    aber ich liebe auch gemüse wirklich sehr also da muss auch mal gar nix außer salat sein :)

    es gibt auch zig so vegetarische produkte fertig sachen mittlerweile die viel eiweiss im gegensatz zu kohlenhydraten usw enthalten.

    wenn er 1,80 ist und 98kg hat würde ich es lieber mal nicht so kleinlich mit plan machen sonst hat man gleich keinen bock mehr anscheinend hat er sich gehen lassen :P

    einfach weniger und besser essen und viel fahrrad fahren stepper laufband ^^

  • Day 1:


    Breakfast:

    3 Slice of Protein Bread + 1 small spun Honey (if u like)+ 125g Hüttenkäse+ 1 slice of cheese (low fat) + 2 Eggs (hard or soft as you wish it)


    Snack1:

    FruitShake: 150 Lowfat Turo+ 100ml Rice Milk or Water+ 2 Big spun Oat + 70g Frozen Berrys


    Lunch:

    200g Tofu (Smoked or what u like)+ 300g Veggies or 300g mixed Salat+70g Rice


    Snack 2


    150g of Nuts (allways diffrent ones or a mix of nuts)


    Afterworkout Shake:

    170g Lowfat Turo 1 Banana+ 1 spun Honey (if needed) + 35g Protein powder


    Dinner:

    150g Green Salat+ 50g Paprika+50g Cherry Tomatos+ 1/2 Can of Chickpeas (kichererbsen in german) +50g of Corn + 1 Egg + 1 Slice or 2 Slices of Protein bread with Hüttenkäse

    (its a good food for take away in a lunch box if u dont have time to cook u have to bring this with you)




    Day2:


    Breakfast:

    1 Banana+ 1 full egg + 4 Eggwhites+ 150g of oat+500g of Lowfat turo

    (if this food is too mutch for u coz i think it is u have to eat it more times...)


    Snack 1:

    100g of good quality Hummus used as a dip For Carrots or Paprika or Uborka


    Lunch: Quinoa Salat:

    70 Quinoa (prepared like they write it on the package 70g in RAW) +150g Green Salat + 5 Dryed Tomatos+ 1 Red paprika+ 1 Hüttenkäse mixed in the whole Salat


    Snack 2:

    1 Banana + 50g Mixed Nuts


    (Afterworkout shake like in day 1 if still is or breakfast left than this is ur after workout shake just mix 35g Protein poweder in!)


    Dinner: Omlett

    4 whole Eggs, 150g Mushrooms and some veggies what u like in + 150 g Of rice (make the rice with tomatos insde it makes it not so dry and u can eat it easyer also its realy tasty)




    Day 3:

    Breakfast

    100g of Oat + 300g of Low fat Nature Joghurt+ 200g mashed Apple+ 60g of nuts+ water


    Snack 1: Fruitshake

    150g lowfat turo+ 120g Frozen Berrys mixed or single as u wish it


    Lunch: BeanSalat


    100g Kidneybeans+ peas (small green balls i dont know the name) + 40 g of Soya Beans+ 100g of salat and some mixed veggies like uborka corn tomatos....

    2 Slice of protein bread and hüttenkäse on it


    Snack 2: 150g lowfat turo+ 1 apple+ 1 banana+ 35 g Protein powder


    afterworkout shake: u can use the breakfast which is left just put protein poweder in...

    if its eaten allready just check the afterworkout shake of day 1

    Breakfast:

    4 mirror eggs( i dont know the english word) + 1 avocado+ 1 papirka


    Snack 1:

    2 Protein breds with Hummus on it


    Lunch:

    The curry which is left from day 3 with 70g rice (raw weight)


    Snack 2:

    1 package hüttenkäse + 1 Grapefruit + if u need honey take 1 small spun


    Afterworkout shake like allways


    Dinner:

    100g of Green Salat+ 80g Feta Cheese+1 Avocado+ 2 cooked eggs+ 1/2 can kidney beans + 2 big tomatos + 2 Slice of protein bred if u need more take 1 more






    Day 5:

    300g low fat turo+100g frozen berrys+ 2 spun nuts+ 3 spun oat+ cocos flocks 1 small spun


    snack 1:

    70g of nuts+ 1 package cottage cheese(hüttenkäse)+ sweet with honey+ sour with mustar



    Lunch:

    100g Chickpeas+ 100g Kohlrabi+ 1/2 paprika+ 1 tomato+ Protein bread


    Snack 2

    1 harzer Käse+ 1 pear


    Afterworkout shake


    Dinner: Feta Fritata

    Day6:

    250g Nature yoghurt lowfat+ 100g lowfat turo+ 1 Spun Nuts+ 1 apple 1 banana+ honey if u need sweetener


    Snack 1:

    1 slice protein bred + cottage cheese and+ carrots


    Lunch:

    80g of Fullcorn noodles ( i prefer barilla gg) + 300g Spinache+ 1/2 Zucchini + 1 can of tomatos (just make a souce of it) recepe would be here as well:

    4 eggs in the glas like i do+ 1 Tomato+ some mozarella cheese+ 2 slice of protein bread


    Snack 1: 200g Low fat turo 1 banana


    Lunch:

    200g Brokkoli+ 200g Tofu+ 200g Potatos+ Cottage cheese with spice

    Snack 2


    2 Protein breds with cottage cheese on it + uborka


    afterworkout shake like allways


    Dinner:

    70g of raw fullcorn noodles+ 1 can tomatos+70g soyahackfleisch (i dont know in english)

    they also suggest to cook the double amount to take aways...




    if u feel hungry during the nights its only allowed to drink turo low fat with fruits, or protein poweder flavour what u like
